A pejorative term used to hurt the image of former Vice President Joe Biden during the 2020 election campaign, potentially started by Donald Trump but definitely popularised by him.

A simple declaration to the world that Donald Trump knows he is going to lose the election based on moral premises, so he has resorted to mudslinging.

Trump: The world might be collapsing around us but at I'm not "Sleepy Joe Biden".
