A goobersniffer is a dork...an idiot...a sniffer of goobs. Basically they are lowest form of humanity that pretty much make the rest of the population happy that they are not them.

The term has been coined because the new toker often takes too big of hits, wants to cough but tries to hold it in, and ends up having the air escape through their nose... along with a healthy amount of mucus (goobers).
