Derpy Dan can also refer to a person or persons that make statements or jokes about an event that is untrue, or that did not occur.

Person 1: Hey did you hear John talking about how the cops swatted his neighbors home because the husband was mad that his cheated?

Person 2: No, John is just a Derpy Dan, that is not what happened and he is just trying to make stuff up to get attention.

Dumpy Bumpy

Slang used to describe sexual activity involving oneself's anal cavity especially if the receiver is rather large from behind. Typically the posterior-end is referred to as "dumpy" which is due to roots within the word "Dumptruck" (which is a vehicle commonly used to haul large quantities of sediment from one location to another), and the word "bumpy" being used to describe the motion of anal sex where one bounces off of their partner.
