KT Fail

When you Take almost forever whith a lot of effot just to fail in the end.

This is Demonstrated when you are fighting Kel Thulzad in Naxxaramas just to fail when he reaches 2% health.

This is Pronounced Using a K and a T sound individualy instead of saying the name of the letters themselves.

You: Dude i'm on the last page of my 300 page Thesis on why the human race destroys everything they come in contact with.

Me: Weren't we supposed to write on the growth of a specific type of mushroom?

You: ........

Biscuit Fail

When a cream filled biscuit goes wrong, and the top side (the bit with the pattern/logo etc) is round the wrong way ie creamside down, and the bottom is on the top. Could also be called biscuit malfunaction.
