Derived from Cheech and Chongs "Beaner" song, this term contrary to the original racial connotation, is used to describe any person that is suspected of being a stoner or affiliated with people that are stoners for the obvious reason that Cheech and Chong are infamous stoners.

Stoner: We're out of pot dude, best call your dealer
Dude: Maan, his phone's switched off. We need to go on beaner patrol
Stoner: your a beaner
Dude: Maan my hands are huge
