A stage of drunkenness. Beyond hammered. Technically one is "plummed" or "plum sauced" when it is predicted that their night will end as a result of puking, passing out, or a serious felony.

Ramirez: I don't think Jose is gunna make it out essay, he is way to drunk right now.

Carlos: He is so plum sauced, let's get him home to our crib before he pukes, or causes a serious crime.
