a retarded ballerina is a ballerina (best portrayed in Rihanna's Umbrella video) which creeps along on its pointed toes and struggles to maintain balance on the small appendages. A deformed, retarded ballerina is one that is missing some or all of its toes and fumbles around on partial or complete stubs of their feet. They normally smell like rotting onions and have extremely long tits.
