It's a term relating to when a women acts up or flips the fuck out. It's basically all going well when all of a sudden a bird flips out and has a wobbly. A wobbly can be brought on or heightened by the time of the month as well

I went away for the weekend with the girl I was seeing and she basically had a wobbly and started questioning where we were going and shit. Basically wrecked the weekend with her wobbly
