Straddler

Someone who begs, always broke, and unemployed.

To be begging for money; never employed; and always seems to be broke.

They always be trying to push me together with that lame a** scraggler.

Larry is always coming up to me scraggling for change. Always wanting a dollar.

Vintage Strange

From "vintage" meaning "older" and "strange" denoting an unknown, something one has not experienced yet

I want some "vintage strange" equivalent to "I want to bag a cougar" (where "cougar" is used to refer to an older woman, and "bag" refers to seduction)
