It has the highet property tax in Hillsborough County and attracts many people who enjoy small communities revolving around golf and other activities. It has a private Recreation center for citizens of Temple Terrace, and it's own treatment plant.

I hate when people think Temple Terrace is a neighborhood or suburb, when in fact it's a city.
