Term is gender neutral. Can be used for both men and women but, the definition is slightly reversed yet still derogotory.
Female: A dirty ho that'd fuck anybody.
Male: A dirty fuck that'd ho anybody.
One could even refer to a dog as a Dirt Merchant for all the asses it sniffs.

The usual
"she'd spread em for anyone, what a dirt merchant"
Or the obscure
"that fucking dirt merchant took the extra money I left for a tip and put it towards his half of the bar tab, just so he could stiff our hot blonde waitress"

A more pronounced version of meh ie, not only are you uninterested or indifferent, if pushed for an opinion either way, then you are gonna go postal on the foo dang's ass who is bugging you.

Usually used as a warning after several instances of 'meh' have already being expressed.
