Any forum of which the true intention of the webmaster is to meet up with gay and bisexual men in real life, but masked as something else. Can also mean 'Lame' or 'Stupid' community.
A good example is googlecommunity.com.

Community College All-Star

A community college student who fails to earn their associate's degree or the necessary amount of credits to transfer in the normal span of two years and must spend more semesters at the college in order to finish. A community college all-star is usually the result of poor grades/schedule management, indecision regarding fields of study or universities to transfer to, generally not giving a shit, or any combination of the the previous items.

"Did Joseph transfer to Marquette University yet?"
"Nah, last I heard he's staying at the local community college for the fall."

Lowell Community Health Center

1A great resource for the city of Lowell, MA, provided you're latino/cambodian/asian. Do not i repeat do not go there if you're white/gay/want any kind of emotional support, just don't go there. Half the staff barely speak any english, and they treat an HIV diagnosis the way people talk about the time of day, i.e. without any sensitivity. Not racist but that's what I experienced. If you go to UMass Lowell, just go to the
doctor/clinic/community health center back home where you live.
2. Any such place with a similarly complete lack of sensitivity to patients' emotional needs

Patient: Thanks for that incredibly sensitive response to this obviously life-changing moment. Real professional and comforting. Glad to know that Lowell Community Health Center also cares about its white patients.

School for people with special needs. Has been known historically to struggle with keeping its students away from drugs and stds. Was once used as a quarantine site for gays.
