John is an idiot. He sucks at Minecraft. He’s cool though. He can make some good toast. And has cool dogs. His music taste is kinda trash tho. If you know a John, he is cool. Be friends with him. Don’t get to close tho, they are known to bite when crowded. lol.

John's Greenhouse

That special place you go to with the slight wobbly / euphoric feelings at the start of a breath hold in apnea. This is caused by purging (deep breathing, like blowing out candles) a number times immediately prior to the hold.

Ady was wondering around John's greenhouse, contemplating the beauty of the world from a slightly off kilter perspective, feeling the love for the place and its freedive participants; when he suddenly remembered he was holding his breath at a notanx session and a couple of minutes had already passed!!!

American actor best known his role as chief of staff for martin sheen's president Bartlett on NBC s the west wing. Spencer got his start in the 1960s on the"Patty duke show". John spencer passed away of a heart attack in 2005. His lantern jaw and deep robust laughter will be missed by all.

John spencer had a wide and varied career in TV. Movies and live theater. As well as recurring roles in the mid 1970s at barter theater in abington virginia.
