It's a way of showing that you are not interested in someone's opinion or what s/he said does not appeal to you at that particular moment.The one who says this uses a rather sarcastic tone to express his/her disinterest in the topic.

Well Hmm is the same is Umm but we use H instead of U. its show When you are verbalizing your thought process. Armed with this information, it is easy to realize that the best way to avoid using filler words is to pause.

The phrase of doom. can end an entire old man/woman's life immediately. Always use this phrase no matter if they are young or not, it still kills them. Shuts down any opposing argument. What God said when people say he isn't real.
