Ripping a fart of deathly proportions. This definition can be used when a homie (or homegirl) rips a stinky so preposterous, you might think you have asthma. Additionally, rippin the illest is most utilised when a homie gotta dookie, causing a rip, but can be used in cases of heinous stinkies.
