An INTP is a personality that is codeworded: architect rational by the kiersley temperment sorter. They make up around only 1 percent of the population, but that one percent makes waves. They are quiet, thoughtful, taciturn, insightful, and in a dune kind of way, mentat-esqu. They are the people that have a vision and want to acheive it. Rarely content for standard issue (To me, since I am one, I think needs to be modified.) Love to innovate, to come up with new ideas. They are suprisingly adaptable with the ability to survive in many situations. Being introverted, they need alone time, but will rarely complain. Will passionately pursue anything they are interested in if given allowance. Can zone out if they are heavily focused on something. Appear cold because they focus on their inner mind and ont people often. Hihgly ethical. They hold themselves to an often unspoken inner standard that may be more binding to them than any real world law. They prize intelligence above all else, and next tp intelligence is stosicism. Being called emotion by an INTP is an unsult.

job interview

A process in which arrogant recruiters deny themselves the benefits of many talented, capable, candidates due to an unfair screening process that in absolutely no way reflects the everyday job situation or assesses the skills required to succeed.

A talented person who had produced major growth in his previous company and had 5 years of experience in C# got a rejection after a job interview in which the recruiter said he was not skilled enough to do the job. This was because they asked questions on language concepts that are rarely used in C# and gave a brainteaser algorithm to code up in a 15 minute time limit without a compiler or computer.

internet explorer bug

One of 2 possibilities:

1) A security hole in IE that leaves the user open to viruses and spyware.

2) A bug in the way the hopeless browser renders a webpage when every other browser displays it correctly

Web designer 1: Man, what's happened to my page? It looked great when I designed it in Firefox

Web designer 2: Dude, that's an internet explorer bug again. Why do people even use this pile of rubbish anymore. *Sighs*
