Tuners are known for the ability to "tune" Google in order to be able to Google for 2 vastly different things just by one string of keyword, e.g. being able to find the 1996 advertisement for Sustagen Junior and Craigslist entries for the 1996 JDM car Mitsubishi Pajero Junior just by typing "junior 1996" on the search box
