A person who does not man up to a task or a job asked of them. A man acting girly or scared. A pansy.

You tell your friend to throw a snowball at the next car that passes (as your doing it..). He sais no, he is scared, and he doesnt want to get caught or in trouble. You would say stop being a pootantov. (similar to stop being a pansy)

Portales

Portales is a small town on the Great Plains of New Mexico. We are known for our college, peanuts ,and also dairy’s. The people you might find vary in every way, their is a majority of really good people that you find more here than anywhere else but on the other hand there are the bad people which u would find anywhere although it’s a small town if you have just arrived you will hardly know everyone or meet the whole town. There’s lots of mystery behind portales and lots of tweakers but it is a comfortable place to most. For it feels so much like home. Even though it has its times

I’ve been through portales before it’s a small town.
Portales doesn’t have much to offer but maybe I want to settle here when I’m older
