Pronounced skʌmˈfu - scum-fu refers to humanity's first tried and true martial art: the art of being a scumbag.

Commonly seen when managers require their staff to find a replacement for when they call in sick instead of doing their fucking job.

Manager: I understand you are sick but you are required to find a replacement for your missed shift.
