2. an ironic term used to designate under-educated, hard-core believers in a cult or anti-intellectual belief system.

A sober-minded Palin supporter will view her quitting her job as governor as further evidence of her staying power, tenacity and willingness to get the job done.

Yeah, he's a "sober-minded Palin supporter," all right. Still doesn't believe the earth revolves around the sun.

mind control

The minipulation of a subject's mind which causes the subject to perform a task when the set condition is triggered. This can be open to awareness or not by the subject. The minipulator is a malicious person/group using the media, sounds, etc. as a medium for such minipulations.

The government, Illuminati, the media... your mom, etc.

bear in mind

Due to the unfettering threat of bear attacks - stemmed by one Mr. Stephen Colbert - it is an idiom that suggests one should be mindful of there surroundings, especially when one ventures into known bear territory (Note: Terra Firma is considered bear territory).

This phrase can intrinsically refer to Melissophobia as well.

Suzy: "You wanna go on a hike up Blood Mountain?"

Trevor: "I'd love too! We should bear in mind the dangers of hiking that mountain though."

Suzy: "Bear in mind what dan-"

*Out of nowhere, a black bear (ninja bear) mauls Suzy to death. Trevor is speechless. . . but goes on the hike anyways. The End.*

Mind of Mencia

Mind of Mencia is a show about a mentally retarded spic named Carlos Mencia, who says he makes fun of "all people" when in reality he makes all non-White look good and only really makes fun of White people. Infact, Mencia is part White himself, his father was German. Carlos Mencia's birth name was really "Ned Holness".

In Mind of Mencia, Carlos always make White People look like "stupid White Trash", this can be proved if you watch serval segments of his show, such as "Ask Whitey" and "Nigger or Nigga", where he calls Blacks his 'Bruthas' and says "White People are forbidden to use the word 'Nigger' only Blacks and Hispanics can because we've taken over the U.S."

mind virus

Pertaining to any thought(s) or idea(s) or problem(s) that causes an individual to devote an inordiant amount of time thinking or acting upon the aformentioned thought(s), idea(s) or problem(s). Mind viruses typically cause all other work to cease unless,
a. the idea is completely thought out,
b. the problem is solved,
c. interaction from an individual who has not been affected by the mind virus intervenes, or provides an immediate solution to the idea.

Mind virus are very contagious, especially in individuals who work in scientific, engineering or philisophical communities. Virus can spread via email, web pages, and word-of-mouth.

There is no absolute cure that is currently available in perscription or over-the-counter pills.

The ideas on creating a successful DARPA challenge vehicle entry caused many engineers to contract a mind virus.
