Mena is Cath's Manson and Cath is Mena's Courtney.

Menacing

The people the world for some reason keeps paying attention to, like there is nothing else to do.

The loud and lonely guy/girl holding the sign is no different than the loud and lonely idiot with the parrot on her shoulder or the loud and lonely idiot with the bullhorn and the bible, they already get too much attention, which is exactly what they want. They get rewarded for being menacing, they get appeased for it, people are begging them not to beg for money or attention, meanwhile many of them are laughing all the way to the bank with the money they took from their subjects, only to live like kings and queens.
