Describes someone who doesn't take a shower for days at a time. Their oder gives off a very strong onion smell, that can be smelt from multiple yards away.

Onionman will you please take a shower before you get into my car or come over my house.

French Onion Poop

A poop that has some stringy, onion like substance, but mostly consists of cloudy brown squirts. Often burns upon exit and could also be described as fire booty.
