Their activity makes whatever comment or post they are on look very 'loud' thus the name Trumpet.

A severe case of hemorrhoids, considered to be big, believe me, really big. Depending on how one looks at it, a case of the Trumproids could be considered the highest level of hemorrhoids or "the best hemorrhoids". Regardless of the grading system Trumproids are no joke.
