A word(s) refering to someone who is on their phone texting at a stop sign usually someone who takes about 20 seconds to start moving after a car passes or the light goes green.

A sign placed near to wet paint to tell people that they must touch the wet paint just to make sure it isn't dry.

Sensible Person: "Oh look, a wet paint sign"
Everyone else: "I'll test to see if it's still wet" *touches the paint and gets it on finger*

Instagram sign language

Initiating contact through someone's Instagram profile by liking their older posts. Sometimes responded by nothing, other times responded in the same fashion. Usually means they are interested in you and you should slide in their dms. Can be considered a mating call.

"Dude how did you end up talking to that hot chick at the bar last night?"
"Well I had her insta so I started with some Instagram sign language."
