physical therapy

Someone who went to school for 7yrs to tell someone how to stretch. A glorified personal trainer.

Physical therapy is IMPORTANT, no doubt. I had surgery for an unstable shoulder, which didn't work, while strengthening my shoulder muscles did. However, I learned the exercises and stretches on youtube, no need to attend school for 7yrs taking ridiculously hard classes and needing a 3.8gpa...

When someone deliberately uses masks to ignite their creativity, such as donning a face mask while venturing in the wilderness or in an open air surrounding, with no one around, in the hope of getting some novel ideas for a project, or of experiencing an aha to a wicked problem.
