A " Dumbass". someone you know who does stupid, reckless things, who also has no respect for other people's shit.
somewhat like a 'Retard', but you can use this term after someone has done something VERY DUMB.

Your friend just jumped in front of a moving train, but survived, and didn't get injured, or caught. you can call him a " FUCKTARD".
