someone who, like Derek Zoolander, is afraid to or is incapable of making a left turn, but with driving instead of modeling
person 1: "I actually took the time to make 3 right turns to avoid a left turn...."
person 2: "You're such a Zoolander driver"
person 1: "Can we go a different way? My mom's got a thing against left turns. It's weird."
person 2: "She's a Zoolander driver alright."

An individual who drives passengers to and from school but unfortunately does not receive any reimbursemnt from said "passengers". This individual receives much grief from his peers due to his countless hours of time wasted driving the bus without anything to show for it. Weapon of choice is usually a green Jeep Wrangler with custom plates.

Someone who drives poorly and you hope "someday" they will get driving lessons and finally learn to drive.
A replacement for Sunday driver directed at people who are driving poorly, very slowly in the left lane or just dithering and dawdling, not signaling or just plain unaware of their surroundings and what is the appropriate response. Often holding a cell phone! A crash waiting to occur!

Look at that someday driver, maybe he'll finally learn how to use his signal.
Let's pass that someday driver before he loses control and drives some poor innocent off the road!
