The name of the 8th circle of Hell where betrayers of Fraud dwell. Also known as "Mountain Forests", all country that is difficult to traverse, it is difficult ground. In this dark region where the sun does not reach is where Civil Asset Forfeiture and Home Owner Associations dwell. (Contrary to the VIII Amendment of USA bill of rights.)

In this fringe region of non-civilization the denizens can be seen exhibiting sociopathic behavior in the wake of disaster by enforcing a meta game of cope. Emotional detachment is created by passing the buck to remote communications that never come. Like all denizens of Hell they are chronologically impaired by the insanity of circleback hindsight and have great difficulty in getting out of the way or as some refer to it "PTSD".
