Packers

The team of the mid nineties, with stars like Brett Favre and Reggie White. They're average at best now. Yet football fans all over the country like this team even more than their home team. They play in a small town that shouldn't even be on the map (has anyone heard of Appleton, WI? It's larger than Green Bay).

The team had two dominating periods: the mid nineties (with Favre and White) and the late sixties (headed by the famed Vince Lombardi). They aren't dominating anymore.

And Favre isn't the best in the league anymore. Peyton, Daunte, Donovan, Tom Brady, and others beat him out now.

How can anyone say that this team is among the best in the league? They have nothing resembling a defense!

The "Green Bay Packers" are an American football team whose fans typically engage in revisionist history, drunken delusions and bizarre rituals of idolatry. Located in a largely ignored, economically desolate part of the state of Wisconsin, they provide a significant source of entertainment to the inebriate fans and their retarded offspring, sadly impaired by their parent's alchohol abuse. If you go to Wisconsin, you will find Packer fans who actually claim credit for several world titles before the creation of the league, or before the team name was even attached to Green Bay, or the state of Wisconsin, for that matter. They will not recall the 25- year period before 1992 when they made the league playoffs only twice, with a record of 1-2. They have also quickly forgotten that their star quarterback begged to be traded to the Minnesota Vikings before he was unceremoniously dumped by front office management on the troubled New York Jets. Wisconsin has the highest rates of alchoholism in the nation, and the highest concentration of Green Bay Packer fans as well. Coincidence? You decide...

The most storied franchise in the history of the NFL, as well as the most hated. Not hated because they are a bunch of bad guys, rather, hated because of their ugly uniforms and STUPID FANS!

Man, if it weren't for their fan base, I might like the Packers. But seeing as how their fans wear those stupid cheeseheads, and only ever sing YMCA or that damn "go pack go" song... I can't bring myself to it! Actually, those fans make me HATE the Packers! Go VIKINGS!!!

Green Bay Packers

1st off its 12 World Championships, Not nine Dumbass, 2nd the Packers were actually started in 1919 but because the NFL wasn't created and they changed owners from the Indian Packing Company to the Acme Packing company, that gets confused. They also were very similar to Notre Dame because they used to were blue and gold Uniforms like notre dame and then would were green and gold for special occations. Eventaully changing to green and gold permanatly. Sorry to every one who thought they were Green becuase of Green Bay. Idiots!
