By using the Portal Mirrors, they can see more vividly what they saw, and can even pause, rewind, and fast forward the vision. This can also be used for a teleportation device. With a Portal Mirror, the user could travel anywhere in existence depending on the users mana.
The Oracle used her Portal Mirror to travel into her secret garden, only accessible by teleportation.

There's usually a forecast for an electric blizzard of bubbles no less upon taking a portal key in the right setting; as per usual with such with a setting dependent key to other worlds much like the comforting magical insanity of the video game series Kingdom Hearts with the keyblade and hearts and whatever Kingdom hearts actually is. WTF is Kingdom Hearts anyway?! Anyways; portal keys.
