My two bosses just handed me a stack of papers due on his desk by the end of the day and expects hourly updates on my progress. They both are micromanajerks and need to relax!

micropanic

to be overcome by a sudden fear only to realize seconds later that the issue is small or nonexistent.

I responded to my coworker's email with a dirty joke and had a micropanic when I thought I had selected "reply all" and sent to my boss as well. I quickly realized I had only sent it to her.

I noticed my wedding ring missing on my finger this morning and had a mircopanic at work thinking I lost it, but was okay a second later when I realized I just had left it at home.
