Old person slang for Bullshit-crap-on-a-stick. Often used in polite company instead of any swear world.

Ask any old person about it, they'll tell you about when something was bull-malarkey and they weren't happy about it.

Mr. President, all due respect, but this is complete bull-malarkey!
