An enhanced state of inebriation in which the person starts fights, punches holes in walls, and calls everyone "dude". This is most frequently witnessed at teenage parties or where people can't handle their liquor. One does not have to be Caucasian to experience this state of mind.

Adam: Whoa, I had like 18 Natty Ices last night and got white people hyped.

Grandma: I remember when I used to get white people hyped, punching holes in the walls and such, those were the days.
