This is when a man or woman visually is so damn HOT...you have to remind yourself to breath, but they are so HORRIBLE at everything else.....socializing, kissing, walking, touching, breathing, working, talking, chewing, engaging, and you know you thought it....that too.
You should have met this guy I went out with last night...he was so Hot Horrible, I will never understand how such beauty has gone to waste.

We just call him Horrible Boy, he is both insufferably vulgar and entirely unrestrained, no matter where he is or who is present.

I’m taking this one from the library kids. They say things are fat all the time, so I took it a step further. In this case, it means the most beautiful ever. If a foxy dame comes walking in, you can call her horribly obese. I think it might take some time before it catches on, so use this one with caution because some broads may not have heard it yet and could take it the wrong way.
