Say you are looking for love....you think you find it but that person ends up breaking your heart. You end up going through those motions over and over again.

a hopeless romantic to me is a person who is in love with the idea of being in love. they just want someone to care for them and hold them and tell them everything will be okay. a hopeless romantic gets attached too easily. but, they are very sweet and sincere. they hate being heartbroken. They are genuinely they best boy/girlfriend you could have. never tell them you love them unless you mean it. but fit for today's unholy standards? no way. they also have jealousy. they are not actually hopeless.
