To possess attributes considered undesirable by a majority of the population, typically concerning the distribution of cellulite or skin rolls in non-uniform patterns on ones body, but can also refer to large, baggy clothing that is not form fitting in any manner and only draws suspicion of a body that mirrors the clothes draping it in their frumpiness
