The teens of the 60's and 70's would ride up to his house, and try to catch a glimpse of him in his womens clothing. In the late 1990's Frocky Jack passed away, inside his house. It is said that he may have killed 3 little girls, hanging them in the attic. However it is not known what all took place. The house is said to be haunted and is located off of HWY 601 in north carolina.
