Fartlek

Fartlek, (Swedish: “Speed Play”), approach to distance-running training involving variations of pace from walking to sprinting aimed at eliminating boredom and enhancing the psychological aspects of conditioning.
In simple terms, starting as a jog , slowly increasing your speed and ending it as speed run.

This treadmill workout is a fartlek workout that will not only help improve your speed, but also help prevent boredom on the treadmill.

Such stories may not be described long enough or in enough detail to be proven correct, this may be the cause of wildfire rumors.

Friend 1: "Dude, I just heard a couple epic Locker Fables!"

Friend 2: "What were they about?"

Friend 1: "I don't know much, but I heard the new girl was impregnated by a cow, and then did a Alligator Fuckhouse or something like that"

Friend 2: "......well at least you made it to Econ on time."
