Crackpark is an open public space such as a park or recreational area of land that is being used for an illegal consumption of narcotic substances. People involved would often choose to stay overnight in a makeshift shelters due to the high levels of intoxication that in turn inhibits normal bodily functions as well as an ability to maintain rational line of though. Crackparks can cause a range of socioeconomic issues within a local community.
