Rachel Corrie

To forcibly remove a demonstrator who is illegally blocking or otherwise interfering with a government action to clear an unsanctioned assembly which has turned violent. The demonstrator might then be harmed or killed as a result of not following the authority's direction to move, leave the area in question and/or cease and desist.
After failing to heed law enforcement's order to leave the area due to heightened tensions and escalation of the protest, Pasquale was Rachel Corried when the tank mistook him for an inanimate object, and died due to the severity of his injuries.
