The act of complete Cowboy-esque ownage in the video game Gears of War 2 (more commonly referred to as VOD). When one is in the act of committing Cowbwnage he/she is virtually unstoppable. The recommended course of action when being Cowbwned upon is to just accept your fate and let it happen.

"Dude you should have seen me last game, it was me versus four guys, and I meat-sauced all of them! It was some serious Cowbwnage!"
