Clause: a legal binding or document accorrding to the law.

You are legally obligated to not get up when a cat gets on your lap. You sign any responsiblities away because you have a cat on you lap. You legally can't do anything because there is a cat on your lap. "The clause states you are free to leave once the cat leaves your lap on it's own accord not your own."

"Sorry I can't get up I have Cat Clause."

"But I have Cat Clause."

"No honey I can't do this dishes, I have Cat Clause"

"Can you do it for me I have Cat Clause"

Herod Clause

A clause in a contract, frequently buried in the fine print, that obligates the signer to fulfill an unacceptable condition, i.e. giving up your first born child. Sometimes such clauses are included to test whether the contract has been read by the client. Named for King Herod in the New Testament. British origin.

"I reviewed that contract and it has a Herod Clause on page three."

third shake clause

An amendment to the constitution of dong handling. Previously, the constitution stated that shaking your tallywhacker more than twice after taking a piss would be deemed "playing with it". The third shake clause permits the man pissing to give an additional shake to his dong, in order to ensure minimal dribble.
