A name used for the ever growing more violent; Danville, Illinois. With shootings and opiate trade (heroin) becoming an everyday occurrence in most parts of the city, locals and people who grew up there are starting to liken it to a combat zone. Hence Afghani-Dan.

Also can be used to describe a product that is obsolete, laughably so.
