Noun.
The term for any person that has either immigrated or has ancestors that had immigrated to the U.S. legally or illegally from anywhere in Europe. Can also include immigrants from other caucasian or anglo type ancestry that have either immigrated or have ancestors that had immigrated to the U.S. legally or illegally.
Basically, this group would include anyone who is not either Black, Red, or Yellow in racial origin.
(Keep in mind that their are only four original races accounted for on this planet.)

One who perceives the world through a opaque lens of traditional white hegemony; but using a typically unrealistic liberal mindset,

Variations:
Emo white neck: Heard to say, "Conformists suck", but then they all dress the same way
Democrat white neck: believes in abortion, especially when subsidizing them for "those" people
Vege-white neck: So spoiled that they can (unlike 98% of the world) actually choose to ignore entire levels of the food pyramid and still have enough to eat
Guilty White neck: self-loathing version of whitenecks who actually believe when liberals say that America has done more harm than good.
Corporate white neck: Makes tons of money and votes democrat hoping that politicians will take more money from them so they feel better about helping others

Most owners of corporations are whitenecks who are too dumb to figure out how to help others through targeted charities and so, trusts politicians to be their conscience.

A white male who is a racist, sexist, homophobic pig that has no tan and typically is not in good athletic shape. Typically Baptist and from the Southeast or Southwest of the US. Whitecakes believe women should stay at home and cook, clean and have babies. They profess their values but typically make lousy money, have frequent bouts of unemployment and are losers.

That Clint is a total whitecake loser....unemployed and thinks he could be a preacher.
