up-talker

A person who speaks in declarative sentences yet with the inflection of a question. For some reason this is common among people who work for non-profit organizations.

Did you hear the up-talker during that meeting? I kept thinking she wanted me to answer her but she wasn't actually asking questions. So frustrating and annoying!

Dream Talker

A person or person(s) that speaks about their life’s goal dreams to anyone for sharing, and networking, and they are passionately driven to make their life’s dream become a reality.

A dream talker is not the act of a person talking while sleeping.

A dream talker’s dream can be about a career, new invention, a new hobby, writing a book, etcetera, doing something they have desired to do for themselves or others.

When someone digs their fingers (in a finger gun position with both the index and middle) into someone's side or back and moves them around to stimulate a tickling sensation VERY quickly.

As Sarah stretched her arms up in boredom in Geography, Jake took the opportunity to taser her in the side, causing her arms to shoot back down and protect her side.

Movie Talker

1. Anyone who talks louder than a whisper in the theater after the previews are finished and the movie has begun.

2. Someone who offers unsolicited and unwelcome commentary during a movie.

3. Anyone who is loud, or inconsiderate to others during a movie.

4. Someone who talks (usually loudly) to the movie or characters in the movie.

1. Right before a good scene, a movie talker may say "Watch this!" or "Here comes the good part!"

2. A movie talker may miss some important dialog (because they were talking) then ask "What did they say?"

3) A movie talker may even shout "Don't go in there, the killer is in there" during a horror movie.
