A particular means of verbal communication originating from Korea, whereby two or more individuals within close proximity shout for the extent of an entire conversation, instead of speaking at normal decibel levels. To the casual observer, the shout-talker and shout-listener may appear hard at hearing. Professors debate whether shout-talking is a byproduct of deafness, or the actual cause of deafness. The Chinese claim to have invented shout-talking, but they are actually just misappropriating a piece of Korea's 5000 year history and culture.
Shout-talkers view their own personal lives as ceaselessly interesting, and rejoice in sharing the details with anyone standing in a 100 meter radius.

Person A shouts (purchases) something for person B, and in return person B purchases something of lesser value for person A.
I brought Michael a pint of beer before, and he just brought a pot in return! He totally Jew shouted me!
I drove for half an hour in the opposite direction to pick this guy up and drive him to a party, and he pays me back by putting in 2 dollars for a pizza. Massive Jew Shout!!
I am not buying Chris any more food at the pub, every time it is his turn to shout he just Jew shouts me. He is a cheap bastard.

An awesome song by heavy metal band Mötley Crüe from the 1983 album Shout at the Devil. It is well known for its badass guitar riffs and great backing vocals. SHOUT!! SHOUT!!

The act of screaming at someone without using any vowel sounds, so as to keep the volume of the scream down to a nominal level. Similar to the well known "SHHHH!" but it is actually a word or a group of words. Often used in classroom or library settings, it can also be useful in churches or as a warning that someone unwelcome is approaching.
You are in your cubicle talking with a co-worker about the really weird dude down the hall. As your co-worker is launching into a story about the guy, you see him approaching. You let out a long whisper-shout saying "Stoooopppppp!!!" just loud enough for your co-worker to hear. Fortunately, the whisper-shout has again saved the day, and the weird guy will not be taking you out when he goes on his shooting rampage.
