To "Scump" is to stand with your arms crossed, eye's diverted away from any person, and humping. This act must be all business- no pleasure allowed.

A very serious pelvic thrust to an individual whilst ignoring that same person.

Person 1: Hey man why's that guy moving all funny around that girl?

Person 2: Don't worry man... He's just scumping!

Scumshit is a specific man that is just a peice of shit and scum combined. This man is offen reffered to as " Eric". He is also psychotic, a stalker, a lowlife, someone who will never have a real life. He makes money but spends it all on weed now. A fucker. A shithead ect.

For example: Eric rebought his exgirlfriend s engagement ring after we broke up, thats now my bestie.... what a scumshit!

A typical council house dweller, typically of pikey origin, usually with 4+ kids and a garden that looks like a council rubbish tip, and speaks 'wiv an at-i-tude', and usually has one or more offensive/dangerous dogs.

Those scumptons have let their dog crap on our front garden yet again !
