A sappy fappy is a very sad fap in which a penis-owning person goes to jerk it but then proceeds to cry immediately afterwards because they feel shame from God (( or they just lost their partner and are sad they had to do that themselves )).

Sappy Trap

A man who has no impressive skills or masculine traits, will attempt to win a pretty girl over through the use of exaggerated compliments such as "You are the most beautiful girl I've ever seen." "I've always liked you, the way you laugh." The woman is sometimes trapped by this overly sappy fluffery, and thinks she recriprocates the same feelings. But she is only trapped by this because she is either vulnerable or insecure.

strange looking man - "Girl you're the only one for meeee."
- "I've always been in love with you, the way you are so womanly."

pretty girl - "omgosh no one has ever said that about me!"

Me- "damn she must've been sappy trapped."
