Being RFS (Really Fucking Sad), means you're just tired, done with the bullshit, and you want to actually meet a decent human being. It means coming home and standing in your bedroom crying your eyes out because your day didn't go well. You feel unloved and/or unappreciated. People are hurting you and putting you down. But trust me, it will all get better. Being RFS is understandable and talking about your feelings to someone is no bad thing.
