Permit driver

Dictionary Definition:Short for permission this term describes any document giving the holder authority to do something that would be considered unlawful without the permit.

Urban Dictionary Definition: A piece of paper which would be more useful as toilet paper as Clients fail to read and adhere to conditions contained within.

A document which is an afterrthought for Project Managers but hold great importance once remembered. More powerful than King Arthurs Sword, more useless than used toilet paper.

This permit is 'feckin useless'. I'd be better off wiping my arse with it than trying to work with it.
